Welcome to the Olympic Fire Services FireMate Customer portal.
Included with our Annual Routine Maintenance is complimentary access to the Firemate Client Web Portal. The Portal allows unlimited customer access to the following types of information:
- Asset Register(s) – Fire Safety Installations onsite
- Property Activity – this report gives you a synopsis of the general health of your site
- Routine Activity Test Schedule – this report lets you know when your property is due to be serviced
- Routine Activity Summary – this report gives you the results of the Routine Maintenance
- Quotations – quotes can be accepted and/or rejected via the Portal
- Access to Current Defects
- Access to site specific attachments for example: Servicing Dockets, Building Classifications, Occupier Statements, Forms 72s
- Request a Technician Button
Once the customer is issued with a username and password, connection to the Client Portal is quick and easy.
Access to the Portal does not mean you are required to run your own reports; you will continue to receive reports based on our findings.
