To order select the product category from the left menu and then click on the 'add' button for the products you wish to order. If you can't see the button scroll with your mouse to the right of the screen.
When you add items you are adding them to your shopping trolley. When you are finished click 'Checkout'.
If this is your first time ordering with us you will need to click the 'New Customer' button and add your email and delivery details. If you want to receive future emails from us check the 'Pop me on your email list' option. We do not disclose your details to any third party.
Payment is handled manually so we will contact you about this when we process your order.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a Brisbane based company and in ALL cases freight charges will apply. If you require information regarding the cost of the freight please feel free to contact us at info@olympicfire.com.au

with any price increases that we may experience.
Our online products are quoted at a cheaper rate as they are based on supply only. Should you require both sales and servicing and you are situated in Brisbane or on The Gold and Sunshine Coasts please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll have one of our technicians call on you.
The cost of the freight is to be paid for by the purchaser and in most cases due to the nature of the products will be sent via road. The amount will vary with each order depending on the freight weight. We will liaise with you directly regarding the cost once the order has been received. We will endeavour to get the best freight prices possible. If you have a nominated freight company and account number; please let us know the details as we are happy to use your chosen carrier.
Olympic Fire prides itself on efficiency in the market place and therefore we guarantee a short turn around period. Once your order has been placed and the payment has been made you will have your product within 5 working days. It is possible that alternative express delivery arrangements can be made; this can be discussed when we contact you.
